How we handle your information.

Who we are
Kudos Marketing is the data controller for information submitted through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@kudosmarketing.co.uk.
What we collect
When you submit the callback form, we collect your name and phone number and, if you choose to add them, your email address, solar company name, service area, service interest, preferred callback time and a description of your lead-generation challenge.
Why we use it
We use this information on the basis of legitimate interest: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a callback. We do not use it for anything beyond that without asking you first.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete your information within 6 months. If you become a client, we keep what's needed as part of normal business records.
If a submission fails
If your details cannot be sent, your browser may save them on your device so you don't lose what you typed. Use the “Delete saved draft” button in the callback form to remove this, or clear this website's stored data through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact contact@kudosmarketing.co.uk to make a request.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and whether the callback form is opened or sent. Google Analytics is not loaded, and sets no cookies, unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, nothing is sent.
When accepted, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years, and Google processes your IP address and device information to produce usage statistics. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into the form to Google Analytics, and we do not use advertising cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page. Choosing “Reject” after accepting removes the analytics cookies from this site.
